Using a case examples, she'll illustrate these concepts, including which two questions matter most when it comes to training effectiveness, what six disciplines are practiced by the most effective training organizations, what is the weakest link in corporate training programs and how can you mend it, why should performance support be built from the beginning, and what are the guiding principles for evaluating training effectiveness?

Michelle M. Campanella, Director of Operations – Client Success Team, AXIOM Sales Force Development. Michelle is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in project coordination & management, performance consulting, behavior assessment & measurement. She has contributed to multiple award winning Training and Development Organizations including a top 5 ranking recipient of the Training Top 125 award and most recently Training Industry.com’s Top 20 Sales Training Companies for 2011 – 2015.  Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and history from State University of New York College at Brockport her MS in Organizational Learning and Human Resource Development at St. John Fisher College.
