During this complimentary Employee Learning Week webinar, we will explore 6 critical facets of the onboarding process. We will discuss the key objective of each step. Participants will also review case scenarios that will identify an effective training modality for that critical facet. We will also address learning versus performance within onboarding. Participants will learn about a brainstorming technique used to create a potential onboarding curriculum.

Presenter Jennifer Benson is a Business Director for Interactive Services, which is a company that designs and develops blended learning solutions. Jennifer has been with Interactive Services since 2009, where she provides training consultation and business development for Fortune 500 companies in the financial, pharmaceutical, retail, and food + beverage industries.

She previously spent 10 years in sales, training, and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry for Pfizer and Forest Pharmaceuticals. Jennifer received a Bachelors Degree from St John Fisher College in Rochester, NY and a Masters Degree from University of Buffalo in Buffalo, NY.
