This mini conference is all about you. It was a crazy year and we are continuing to manage the chaos.  We must make the time for a little professional self-care.  Time to reflect, refresh, and rejuvenate our talent development skills and capabilities.

We will use the new ATD Capability Model to do a FREE self-assessment of our talent development skills, identify potential areas for development, and build a plan leveraging ATD resources.  This interactive event will provide an opportunity for participants to connect with each other and leverage the process of peer coaching to support their growth.
