Change: How to Turn Uncertainty into Opportunity

June 15, 2022 12-1 p.m.

Change: How to Turn Uncertainty Into Opportunity helps individuals and leaders learn how to successfully navigate any workplace change to improve results.

When we recognize that change follows a predictable pattern, we can learn to manage our reactions and understand how to navigate change, both functionally and emotionally. This allows us to consciously determine how to best move forward— even in the most challenging stages.

Purpose: To help individuals and leaders understand and address the often-neglected human experience of change, recognize the predictable pattern of change, and apply the skills and tools that help them lead change confidently and with success.

Objectives:

  • Build individual confidence through a predictable pattern of change.
  • Successfully lead people through the human reactions of change.
  • Optimize any change management process.
Meet the Facilitators:

Ray DiCenzo is the Managing Director for FranklinCovey’s North East region. In his 8+ years with FranklinCovey, he has worked with organizations and their executive leadership teams across several industries to transform their cultures and achieve breakthrough performance by leveraging FranklinCovey’s award-winning frameworks and solutions.

Patricia Terra is the Client Partner for FranklinCovey’s Western and Upstate New York region. While she is relatively new to FranklinCovey, for over 16 years, she has been partnering with organizations to understand their business challenges and how she can help with the solutions she offers.

They both consistently have demonstrated the ability to quickly understand complex challenges and opportunities and lead the development of an effective and pragmatic approach to implementing a path that results in measurable and long-term success.
