Description:
The OD SIG will be kicking off its eighth season. Over time, its membership has changed but the focus stays the same: "A group of practitioners and non-practitioners alike, coming together with a shared interest in creating, guiding, and witnessing change in individuals, groups, and organizations for the purpose of building more dignified and humane workplaces throughout the Greater Rochester Community."

At the October meeting, the group will participate in a  a brainstorming session to take a new look at our mission, our current meeting schedule, location, and upcoming year ('12 – '13) of fun-filled topics.  SIG leader Karen Barrow will also introduce the option of a group project for the OD SIG community as well as discuss a mentorship relationship she's taken on.

Please come prepared to:

  • Revisit our mission and reconstruct an updated version to reflect our current activities
  • Contribute your ideas for topics around change – real substantial change - in individuals, teams, and organizations
  • Share your thoughts on a community project and mentorship

After October, we will meet on the first Thursday of every month until June 2013 .

For more information about the OD SIG, please contact Karen Barrow at 585-218-4024 or kbarrow@baybridgeconsulting.com.

Please note that to be a member of the OD SIG, you must be a member of GV ASTD. Guests may attend up to two OD SIG meetings at no charge before joining the chapter.
