Description:
The OD SIG is a group of practitioners and non-practitioners alike, coming together with a shared interest in creating, guiding, and witnessing change in individuals, groups, and organizations for the purpose of building more dignified and humane workplaces throughout the Greater Rochester Community.

Please note that to be a member of the OD SIG, you must be a member of GV ASTD. Guests may attend up to two OD SIG meetings at no charge before joining the chapter.

Location:
Gillespie Associates, which is located at 16 Atlantic Avenue across from Starry Nights Café and right at the “v” where Atlantic Ave. meets University Ave. If you take University Ave, headed toward the Art Gallery from the east, you can take any of those side streets on your right to cross over onto Atlantic Ave. However, if you go past the Art Gallery, coming from the east, you’ve gone too far. Head down Atlantic and make a right turn onto Carlton Street (Gillespie Associates is located in the building on that corner) and an immediate left into the parking lot This parking lot is in back of the building. You can also park on Carlton if the lot is full. You will need to go around to the front door and ring the bell and Paula, the office manager, will let you in.
