There's no one-size-fits-all to get employees motivated and excited about their career opportunities in an organization.  As development professionals, the challenges for us abound; unengaged management, lack of ownership by employees, how to target all employees in our communication knowing there are 5 generations in the workplace at once!  Come share your challenges and successes in creating excitement and ownership in development opportunities for your employees. 

Directions: Exit 490 at Goodman St.  Head south.  After immediately crossing S. Clinton Ave. turn right into the Wilson Farms parking lot. Crossroads is on the left side of S. Goodman (behind The Cinema), but they asked that we park across the street as parking is limited.  Call Jennifer at 704-1770 for any questions about the directions or the program.

Council Vision: To sustain a high-level network for training and development professionals who are responsible for developing and implementing strategic training initiatives within their organizations in the local business community at which they are employed.
