Learn from others: How to address low confidence in long term career growth

We continue our theme of showcasing SIG members work and experience. What would you do if your business received very low employee engagement scores to this question: I feel confident in my long term career opportunities at this company? Come find out how a concept of Career Stories and a Career Board of Directors is making an impact for one company. You'll see real examples of both practical and "flashy" tactics to address the low employee engagement results. No better way to learn than from the experience of others!

Cater Trax - Located in Village Gate. Although the street address is Goodman St., turn down Anderson Avenue and go down to the SECOND entrance to Village Gate, near the intersection of Anderson and Merriman St. Look for the parking lot entrance by Sedgewick. The building to enter is called The Lofts (big grey words on top of the building). Call 704-1770 if you need directions.
