Diversity, Equity and Inclusion CoP

ROC ATD DEI CoP is a bi-monthly virtual gathering of talent development professionals committed to organizing and holding space for DEI. We seek to deepen our understanding of humanity in a complex marketplace. In doing so, we work to learn from the wisdom and knowledge of one another and to parallel the DEI practices we aim to elevate in our businesses and organizations.
