What is the State of the State of Organization Development?  The definition of OD we use is Organization Development can be defined as an organization wide planned change resulting in increased organization effectiveness by applying behavioral-science knowledge. 

How does that hold up these days? What is new in the field? What can we add to it? What are examples of applying OD principals in the workplace?
