The change will have major implications for reimbursement, accountability and organizational coordination. To learn from the best practices of both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, the agency has invited local organizational leaders and OD experts to offer perspectives and insight about what the Agency should be doing in anticipation of this funding change. You, the members of ROC ATD, will be the focus groups. You are invited to offer your ideas and recommendations. The simulation is structured using the Tichy systems model introduced by Noel Tichy, an early organizational change leader, to analyze change implications for the agency’s current technical, political and cultural operations. We will consider together the merits of this model.
