Engage Colleagues in Setting Goals: Corporate Learning and Development Community of Practice (CoP)

It’s that time of year—goal setting. Do employees at your organization dread goal setting or embrace it? We’ll discuss best practices and compare notes on ways to engage colleagues in setting their performance goals. And from an L&D organization perspective, we’ll also discuss what 2020 L&D goals look like at organizations around the region. We’ll kick-off a new year (and new decade) with a lively discussion!

Event begins at 7:30 am for meet, greet and gather questions for discussion.  Program runs from 8:00 am to 9:00am

Park in lot across the street in Goodwill Store parking lot. Entrance to building is under a large concrete/glass canopy. Conference room on first floor, immediately on the left when you enter the building.

This is a Community of Practice (CoP) meeting. CoP meetings are free to members, and the first 2 CoP meetings are free to non-members.
