Leadership Development- It Ain't For Sissies! Program Meeting

We all know how important leadership development is to the success of our leaders and their organizations. Yet providing meaningful training, coaching or consulting to leaders can present unique challenges to both the provider and the leader. This session explores what it takes- from us as trainers and coaches, and from the leaders we work with- to design, gain support for, and participate in, training and coaching programs that can make a significant difference to an individual, his or her team, and ultimately their organization.

About the Presenter:

Donna Rawady, Executive Coach

Through her business, she has served clients in the corporate, financial, not-for-profit and health care environments for over 21 years as group facilitator, training strategy consultant, and business advisor- and since the mid-1990s- as an executive coach.

Donna’s primary goal is to serve her clients as a catalyst who sparks individual business leaders to higher levels of performance through measurable improvement of their leadership and communication skills.
