What’s your experience with informal learning during this virtual period when we’ve lost the water cooler to gather around? Are you using short screen capture videos, Zoom/Skype/Teams 1:1 chats where one person provides a quick how-to, Youtube videos, online tutorials, job aids, podcasts or anything else? What have you found is effective? Join the conversation to share or learn from others.
