"How to Build a Business Case for Training"

The next Corporate Learning & Development SIG meeting is Friday March 23 at Crossroads Coffee House, 752 South Goodman St.  The group will gather from 7:45 – 9:00 am to discuss How to Build a Business Case for Training.  We’ll be brainstorming about how to build business cases:

• When you’re trying to get buy-in for new training
• To scope, plan and prepare for developing the training deliverable after approval for the training has occurred

If you work within an organization on employee training, please come and join us for what is sure to be an interesting discussion! 

Directions: Exit 490 at Goodman St.  Head south.  After immediately crossing S. Clinton Ave. turn right into the Wilson Farms parking lot. Crossroads is on the left side of S. Goodman (behind The Cinema), but they asked that we park across the street as parking is limited.  Call Jennifer at 704-1770 for any questions about the directions or the program.

Council Vision: To sustain a high-level network for training and development professionals who are responsible for developing and implementing strategic training initiatives within their organizations in the local business community at which they are employed.
