Most organizations find themselves in a bit of a pickle late in 2021 and heading into 2022.  Many talented employees have chosen to leave the organization and there are few people applying for the jobs available.  If this situation is not corrected or gets worse, a lot of organizations will be extinct sometime in 2022.
