Organizational Development SIG

The OD SIG mission is to expand the professional capabilities and growth of internal and external OD consultants who work in public and private organizations.  The OD SIG provides a supportive environment for potential, new, and experienced consultants to learn about OD and discuss and receive feedback on the current challenges they face.  Essentially, the OD SIG is a “community of practice.”

The OD SIG meets on the first Wednesday of the month from September to June.  The meetings are from 12 noon to 2 p.m. On March 7, the SIG is meeting at Gillespie Associates, 16 Atlantic Avenue in Rochester. The OD SIG is an open group for GV ASTD members and anyone interested in OD can join (no background is necessary). People who are interested in the OD SIG, but not currently GV ASTD members can attend two meetings free of charge. After two meetings, you must join GV ASTD to attend additional meetings.
