DEI and Talent Development Professionals; Where are we going?

Please join us for a timely and important discussion exploring the evolving landscape of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the current political climate. You’ll be able to share how DEI principles and goals are currently supported in your workplace, and discuss how that might change in the future.

We will share ideas, strategies and look for ways to support each others efforts. Please feel free to bring any resources you have so we can build our knowledge and skill base together.

Questions to consider:

• Are you doing more education around the true meaning of DEI initiatives?
  
• Are you having discussions with your leadership teams to address concerns?
• Have your development initiatives been challenged?
• Have you been tasked with changing the current training, language or policies surrounding DEI?
• Has your organization taken an overt position on this issue?
