All About Learning Maps
Join us for a show and tell discussion about learning maps. We'll discuss the relevance of learning maps in our lightening speed work environments, including what they might look like, how they are used and the impact they can have on employees and organizations. Does your organization use learning maps? If so, come share examples and insights at our first Corporate SIG meeting in 2013.
Learning maps can engage employees and drive training priorities. A learning map is generally a visual depiction of how an employee might progress in their learning to get from "point A to point B". Learning maps can be similar to flow charts and can use words, timelines or shapes to convey a path or vision for learning. We look forward to seeing you on Friday January 25!
