The topic will be "Coaching Trends & Practices".  Join us to explore current coaching trends and practices and discuss how they can be used to improve personal, team and organizational results.  

This session will include:

1. Current coaching trends (internal & external)
2. Best practice models
3. Assessment-based coaching practices
4. Coaching learning activities

About the OD SIG: The OD SIG is a group of practitioners and non-practitioners alike, coming together with a shared interest in creating, guiding, and witnessing change in individuals, groups, and organizations for the purpose of building more dignified and humane workplaces throughout the Greater Rochester Community.
