In 2008 Accenture Academy, part of Accenture’s Learning and Collaboration Group, began as a North American team of 3 people. Today, the team has grown to over fifty people located in virtual locations around the globe. Sean Bengry, Manager of Learning Strategy and Design, has been instrumental in building Accenture Academy’s virtual workforce and supporting infrastructure.
