For too many organizations, DEI ends up a mere scaffold that does little to bring about actual, substantive culture and behavior change. Overtime, scaffolds become additive, instead of becoming integral processes and systems that build diverse, inclusive and equitable workforces.

As a continuation of the interest and participation in the 2022 DEI Inclusion Labs, we invite you to join us for a ROCATD DEI Program, ‘Moving Beyond Performative DEI’ focused on what performative DEI is, how it shows up in organizations and what organizations can do to overcome it and foster diverse, equitable and inclusive workforces.

The program is designed to provide an opportunity to share best practices as well as engage in discussion around successes and challenges we may face disrupting the norm and implementing systematic change to build behaviors that improve diversity, equity, and inclusion within our respective organizations.

This first program session is dedicated to overcoming Performative DEI specifically in the talent acquisition  process.
