Kristie Willix leads the Sales Support team supporting all clients of SumTotal’s talent and learning management software solutions. She is responsible for building and running a highly effective sales engineering team for all products in the SumTotal portfolio while devising sales strategies to help her clients meet their internal business objectives. She also contributes to thought leadership activity and strategic direction for all of SumTotal’s talent and learning management solutions. Kristie has more than fifteen years of experience in sales and product management and began her career at Meliora Systems working with local Rochester companies. Kristie is a graduate of St. John Fisher College and enjoys living in the Rochester area.
