Corporate Learning & Development Council: Learning from Bob's "Kodak moment"

Continuing our theme of learning from others, come hear Bob Freese share the training strategies and tactics used to enable Kodak’s Commercial Imaging Group to successfully replace their entire suite of UK & US legacy Service Systems. These two rollouts included 900+ Kodak employees, contractors and partners and touched 9,000+ commercial customers. The project coordinated the expertise from teams in Japan, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Israel and the United States. Bob has lots of lessons learned to share with all of us from such a large undertaking to roll out training!
